A Holistic Approach to Therapy.

Reconnect to self, reconstruct narratives, and reintegrate joy

My Approach

Grounded with a humanistic lens, I blend various therapeutic techniques to provide a holistic and personalized approach to healing and deepening in my practice. Humanistic therapy is a collaborative approach that emphasizes a genuine, nonjudgmental relationship with your therapist to help you explore your true self, build self-awareness, and live a more authentic, fulfilling life. My method includes interventions from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. In addition, I invite the healing powers of nature and art into my practice.
